We are using plastic-free recyclable and compostable packaging. All orders can be sent directly to your gift recipient – please contact me at [email protected] to arrange the delivery.
We charge an additional shipping fee for fragile and bulk deliveries within the UK; otherwise shipping is free. Please contact me if you are based overseas and would still like to arrange an order.
Shipping to countries outside the UK may incur additional import duties or customs charges. Clients are responsible for incurring any related import taxes.
Please allow up to a week for shipping.
Returns
We hope that you like our items, but if you wish to return something, we can offer an exchange or refund, within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on +44 (0)7952233206.
We will only accept items that have been unused and undamaged. Goods are returned at the client’s own cost. The delivery charge and any import duties paid on the original order are non-refundable. Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
